The City of Dallas will join cities around the country on August 15 by participating in #CityHallSelfie Day.
#CityHallSelfie Day is a social media campaign for people around the world to show their civic pride by taking a selfie in front of their local City Hall or any city, county, special district or regional building. Residents are encouraged to take a selfie at City Hall, then post it on social media with the hashtags #DallasCityHallSelfie or #CityHallSelfie. The City of Dallas will be sharing citizen’s posts on the City’s main social media pages throughout the day.
At 12:15 p.m. on August 15, City of Dallas employees will attempt to take the largest selfie in City Hall.
How to participate:
- Take a selfie in front of City Hall or in front of any city, county, special district or regional building.
- Post it with the hashtags #DallasCityHallSelfie or #CityHallSelfie
