The City of Dallas is seeking resident feedback at several town hall meetings. The purpose of these meetings are to get insight from citizens on four topics:
- How Residential Development gets Financed
- How to Reduce Development / Rehab Costs
- How to Increase Access to Capital
- Programs, Tools and strategies to increase housing production
