The Sanitation Department is changing its pickup schedule for the upcoming holiday season. Please review the information below to see if your trash pickup is affected.
Christmas Day & New Year’s Day
- TUESDAY customer garbage and recycling items will be picked up on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 26, 2018, and WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 2, 2019. Items should be placed for collection no later than 7 a.m.
- McCommas Bluff Landfill, all Transfer Stations, and Sanitation Administrative Offices will be closed.
WEDNESDAY, December 26th & WEDNESDAY, January 2nd
- All Transfer Stations will be closed to the public.
Sanitation Services is no longer accepting and recycling old Christmas trees.
